FreshBiz Florida LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FreshBiz Florida at https://freshbiz.cuantolabs.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.

• Organization details (workspace name, billing information).
• Content and data you upload or create in the Service.

FreshBiz Florida compiles business and property leads from Florida public records (Sunbiz business filings, DBPR professional licenses, and county property-appraiser / DOR parcel data) and makes them available to our customers for outreach. This data may include names, business and mailing addresses, and, where we enrich it, publicly listed phone numbers and websites.

If you are an individual whose information appears in this catalog, you may request that we suppress or remove your record, or opt out of having it sold or shared. Email leads@freshbizflorida.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share / Remove My Information" and we will process your request as required by applicable law (including the CCPA/CPRA where it applies).

We do not sell the personal data of our account users (the people who sign in to FreshBiz Florida). Lead data sourced from public records is provided to customers as described in the section above; your choices and opt-out are set out there. We may also share information with:

• Service providers — processors acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under data-processing agreements.
• Organisation members — information visible within your workspace is accessible to other members per your permission settings.
• Legal obligations — when required by law, court order, or government authority; or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, except where we are required to retain it longer by law.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to erasure”).
